Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
Welcome to AlQuran Pro. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you or your child register for, book, or use our online Quran classes and related educational services.
By registering for a class, booking a trial, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. If you are registering a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and are authorized to make decisions regarding the child’s participation in our services.
For information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information, please also review our Privacy Policy.
1. Online Quran Classes and Educational Services
AlQuran Pro provides online Quran and Islamic education services, which may include Quran reading, Tajweed, Noorani Qaida, Quran memorization, Arabic, Tafseer, Islamic Studies, and other related courses.
Course availability, teacher availability, lesson formats, schedules, and other service details may vary depending on the course selected.
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue particular courses or service features when reasonably necessary.
2. Class Recording and Quality Assurance
Online classes may be recorded for purposes such as quality assurance, teaching supervision, teacher development, safety, service improvement, or related operational purposes.
Where class recording is used, recordings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
If you or your child have concerns about class recording, please contact AlQuran Pro before or during enrollment so that the available options can be discussed.
Students and parents should not independently record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share class sessions, screenshots, teacher materials, or private communications without appropriate permission.
3. Trial Classes and Enrollment
AlQuran Pro may provide a free trial class before regular enrollment.
A trial class is intended to help students and parents understand the teaching format and determine whether the selected course and learning arrangement are suitable.
Completion of a trial class does not automatically create an obligation to continue with paid classes unless the student or parent chooses to enroll.
Once regular enrollment is confirmed, the applicable course fees, class schedule, and payment terms will apply.
4. Fees and Payments
Students or parents are responsible for paying the applicable course fees according to the payment schedule communicated by AlQuran Pro.
Where monthly billing applies, fees may be due in advance for the upcoming period as communicated at the time of enrollment.
All payments should be made only through the official payment methods provided by AlQuran Pro.
Students and parents should not send payment-card information, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive financial information to individual teachers through personal messaging channels.
5. Fee Changes
Course fees may be reviewed or changed from time to time due to changes in services, operating costs, course structure, or pricing policies.
Any revised fees will apply from the effective date communicated by AlQuran Pro.
Changes to fees will not alter amounts that have already been paid for a billing period unless otherwise communicated or required by applicable law.
6. Late Payments
If a payment becomes overdue, AlQuran Pro may contact the student or parent regarding the outstanding amount.
If payment remains overdue for an extended period without prior communication, AlQuran Pro may pause or discontinue classes until the account is brought up to date.
Students or parents who anticipate difficulty making a payment should contact AlQuran Pro as early as possible.
7. Class Schedule and Teacher Assignment
Class schedules are arranged based on student preferences, teacher availability, course requirements, and available time slots.
Students may provide their preferred days, time, language, course, and teacher gender where applicable.
A requested teacher or time slot cannot be guaranteed in every situation because availability may change.
AlQuran Pro may assign or reassign a teacher when necessary to maintain class continuity and service availability.
8. Holding Classes With the Same Teacher
Students who temporarily pause their classes and wish to reserve the same teacher or time slot may be subject to the applicable fee or reservation terms communicated by AlQuran Pro.
A teacher or time slot can only be held when specifically confirmed by AlQuran Pro.
Extended pauses may require a new teacher assignment or a new schedule when the student returns.
9. Leave and Missed Classes
Students or parents should notify AlQuran Pro or the teacher as early as reasonably possible when a class cannot be attended.
Makeup classes are not automatically guaranteed for every absence.
Whether a makeup class, rescheduling option, credit, or other arrangement is available may depend on the reason for absence, notice provided, teacher availability, and the applicable course policy.
Extended absences may affect the availability of the original teacher or time slot.
10. Missed Classes Without Notice
If a student misses a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the class may be treated as a missed session and may not qualify for a makeup class.
Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies or other circumstances at the discretion of AlQuran Pro.
Students and parents should communicate in advance whenever possible to avoid unnecessary scheduling issues.
11. Class Cancellation Procedure
If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, reasonable advance notice should be provided through the official communication channel designated by AlQuran Pro or through the teacher when appropriate.
The amount of notice required for a makeup or rescheduling request may depend on the applicable course policy.
AlQuran Pro is not required to provide a makeup lesson for every late cancellation or missed session.
12. Prolonged Absence and Enrollment
If a student remains absent for an extended period without notifying AlQuran Pro, the academy may treat the enrollment as inactive or terminated.
Before ending an enrollment, AlQuran Pro may attempt to contact the student or parent regarding the status of the classes.
Any refund, credit, or outstanding balance will be handled according to the applicable payment and cancellation terms.
13. Teacher Changes, Replacement, or Unavailability
A teacher may become unavailable because of scheduling changes, illness, resignation, leave, performance considerations, or other operational reasons.
When necessary, AlQuran Pro may assign another suitable teacher so that classes can continue.
Teacher replacement does not automatically entitle a student to a refund, provided that AlQuran Pro continues to provide the contracted educational service.
Students and parents should communicate with current AlQuran Pro representatives regarding scheduling, payments, classes, and support.
14. Teacher Resignation or Termination
If a teacher resigns, becomes unavailable, or is no longer associated with AlQuran Pro, the academy may assign another teacher.
Students and parents should not independently arrange paid lessons, payments, or other academy services with former teachers using AlQuran Pro’s student relationships or confidential information.
AlQuran Pro is not responsible for arrangements independently made outside the official academy service.
15. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students and parents are expected to:
• Attend scheduled lessons on time
• Provide accurate registration and contact information
• Follow reasonable teacher and academy instructions
• Maintain respectful communication with teachers and staff
• Provide a suitable environment for online learning
• Use appropriate internet-connected devices and communication tools
• Notify AlQuran Pro about scheduling changes as early as possible
• Protect account credentials and private information
• Follow these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy
Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising younger children as appropriate for their age and circumstances.
16. Respectful Conduct
AlQuran Pro expects students, parents, teachers, and staff to communicate respectfully.
Harassment, threats, abusive language, discriminatory conduct, intentional disruption, inappropriate behavior, or repeated misuse of communication channels may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services.
Where appropriate, AlQuran Pro may take reasonable steps to protect students, teachers, staff, and the integrity of the learning environment.
17. Student Materials and Class Content
Students may receive educational materials, lesson notes, worksheets, or other content as part of their classes.
Unless otherwise permitted, such materials are intended for personal educational use and should not be copied, resold, republished, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
Students and parents should also respect the privacy and intellectual property of teachers and other students.
18. Payment Confidentiality
Students and parents should use official AlQuran Pro channels for all fee and payment-related matters.
Teachers should not be asked to process unofficial payments or make private financial arrangements on behalf of AlQuran Pro.
AlQuran Pro is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized individuals, personal accounts, or unofficial payment channels.
19. Eid and Other Scheduled Holidays
Scheduled holidays may be included in course planning or monthly schedules according to the applicable service policy.
Where specific holidays are designated as paid teaching holidays, no automatic makeup class or refund will be provided solely because the holiday occurs.
Holiday arrangements may vary depending on the course or service terms communicated to students and parents.
20. Refunds, Credits, and Makeup Classes
Refunds, credits, rescheduling, and makeup classes are subject to the applicable course and payment policies communicated by AlQuran Pro.
A missed class does not automatically create a right to a refund or credit.
Where a refund or credit is approved, it will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable service terms.
Any outstanding fees that remain due may be deducted or otherwise considered before a refund is issued where permitted.
21. Communications
AlQuran Pro may contact students or parents regarding:
• Class schedules
• Trial classes
• Teacher assignments
• Payments
• Course administration
• Service updates
• Important account or enrollment matters
Where promotional communications are sent, students or parents may opt out where required or permitted by applicable law.

Students and parents agree that personal information may be handled in accordance with the AlQuran Pro Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected.
The Privacy Policy is available here:
23. Children’s Participation
AlQuran Pro provides Quran learning services for children.
Where a child is enrolled, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate information and participating in the enrollment process where required.
Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of the online learning environment as appropriate.
Additional privacy protections may apply to children under applicable laws.
For more information, please review the AlQuran Pro Privacy Policy.

Online classes and communications may depend on third-party platforms, communication tools, hosting services, payment processors, scheduling systems, or other technology providers.
Availability of these third-party services may be outside the direct control of AlQuran Pro.
Students and parents may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers when using their platforms.
AlQuran Pro is not responsible for independent service interruptions, changes, security incidents, or policies of third-party services that are outside its reasonable control.
25. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, stable Internet connection, and the software or communication tools reasonably required to attend online lessons.
AlQuran Pro is not responsible for interruptions caused by:
• A student’s Internet connection
• Device failure
• Power outages
• Unsupported software
• Problems with third-party platforms
• Local network restrictions
• Other circumstances outside AlQuran Pro’s reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, students should test their equipment before class.
26. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure
AlQuran Pro will make reasonable efforts to provide scheduled classes.
However, services may sometimes be interrupted by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, internet outages, power failures, technical emergencies, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
When appropriate, AlQuran Pro may reschedule an affected lesson or provide another reasonable arrangement.
27. No Guarantee of Specific Learning Results
Quran learning progress varies between students and depends on factors such as attendance, practice, starting level, course selection, individual learning needs, and other circumstances.
AlQuran Pro does not guarantee a specific level of Quran reading, memorization, Tajweed proficiency, Arabic fluency, or other educational outcome within a particular period.
28. Account and Registration Information
Students and parents are responsible for providing accurate and current registration information.
If any important information changes, including contact details or scheduling information, the student or parent should inform AlQuran Pro.
AlQuran Pro may take reasonable steps to protect accounts, records, and service access from unauthorized use.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page and the effective or updated date may be revised.
Students and parents should review this page periodically.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
