Welcome to AlQuran Pro. By registering yourself or your child for our online Quran classes, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before continuing with your enrollment.

1. Class Recording for Quality Assurance

All classes at AlQuran Pro are recorded to ensure teaching quality and monitor performance. If you prefer not to have your sessions recorded, please inform us in advance. This is also outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2. Trial Completion and Fee Submission

After completing your free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue regular sessions. If you choose to proceed, monthly fees are due in advance during the last week of each month for the upcoming month. Classes may be paused if payment is not received on time.

3. Late Payments

If payment is overdue for more than 7 days without prior communication, AlQuran Pro reserves the right to discontinue your classes.

4. Holding Classes with Same Teacher

If you need to pause your classes and want to keep the same teacher and time slot upon your return, the full monthly fee will still apply to reserve your slot.

5. Leave Policy and Makeup Classes

All student absences are considered paid. If a student takes a leave, no makeup classes will be provided unless an arrangement is made in advance. Extended absences of more than five days will not be compensated, as teachers cannot accommodate extensive makeups.

6. Missed Classes Without Notice

If a student misses a class without notifying us in advance (except in emergencies), the absence will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged. Makeup classes depend on teacher availability and may be conducted by a different teacher if necessary.

7. Class Cancellation Procedure

If you need to cancel a class on a specific day, please inform your teacher on Skype or email us at least 6 hours in advance to qualify for a makeup class.

8. Prolonged Absence Without Notice

If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notification, AlQuran Pro has the right to terminate enrollment. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Sharing Personal Information

For your safety, do not share your phone number, email address, home address, or credit card information with any teacher. AlQuran Pro will not be held responsible for any misuse of shared personal data.

10. Teacher Replacement Policy

To maintain high teaching standards, AlQuran Pro reserves the right to replace teachers when necessary.

11. Teacher Resignation or Termination

If a teacher resigns or is removed from duty, a new teacher will be assigned. Students are not allowed to remain in contact with former teachers. AlQuran Pro will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such contact.

12. Annual Fee Increase

Fees are subject to an annual increase of approximately 6–7% at the end of each Gregorian calendar year, in accordance with our service policies.

13. Confidentiality of Payment Matters

Students and parents must not discuss fees or payment details with teachers. AlQuran Pro is not liable for any issues resulting from such actions.

14. Fee Policy Adjustments

Student fees may vary from time to time in line with updated AlQuran Pro policies and service conditions.

15. Eid Holidays Policy

Both Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid holidays for our teachers. These holidays are included in the monthly fee. No makeup classes or refunds will be provided for these days.

16. Terms Update

AlQuran Pro reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. All updates will be published on our official website.

17. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all students registered with AlQuran Pro.
